The design and manufacturing process of Albacore reels stems from a collaborative effort involving all of the staff at Alutecnos. A commitent aimed not only at improving the technological content, but also at paying attention to design. The result is a product that stands out for aesthetic and technical aspects with outstanding attention to details. Such details include the infinite "antireverse" system applied to trolling reel for the first time. The frontal cam and lock release button for placing the automatically rearming gear lever into "free" or "full" mode. Five bearings and gears made from tempered stainless steel guarantee further resistance from corrosion. The system for anchoring the reel to the rod is robust and reliable using four anchor screws.

Removable rollers

These Rollers are truly innovative thanks to the instant ease with they can be removed and that has made them famous throughout the world. Scupulosity checked under strict and exhaustive testing, these Rollers guarantee a high reliability coefficient even under the most extreme and adverse conditions. Our Rollers are also distinguished by their high degree of precision, the special care dedicated during the CNC mechanical working, the high quality of the materials used, and the perfection in even the finest details, but particulary by the possibility to disassemble them immediately from the support foot, which remains fixed to the rod, by simply loosening the two screws on the sides whenever necessary for replacement or routine maintenance at the end of the season. Our Rollers are protected by international patent and available in two size: 20/50 lbs and 80/130 lbs, come in gold and black colour, and offer the possibility for combination with as many as twelve different size of roller tops depending on the capacity of the rod.

Butts

They are entirely made through CNC machining out of a particular aluminium alloy employed in the naval sector and which makes them very resistant. They have a simple but at the same time elegant appearance. The black anodized aluminium, the light golden details and the graphic work carried out with laser technology make this product unmistakable and unique.
